From Drylands to Lax Wires‘ season has officially begun! Since I already introduced Aylie’s redesigns for this oneshot, I feel it is time to introduce the ensemble cast for Aylie’s farewell!

We shed light on the Lax Wires’ cast a few day ago with Aatos; today is the day to introduce the final character of the ensemble cast for From Drylands to Lax Wires, because every hero deserves their villain!

Profile Overview

The Fae of Feyrist and Candia refuse to acknowledge the cold, hard truth – the Nightmare Expanses are just as part of the Dream Realm as the former lands are. Roshamuul is inhabited by many creatures, who style themselves as Dreamhaunters, and like the Fae, they also harbour their champions and favourites.

The Mysterious Contender is one of them; a human-like female counterpart to Aylie, so to speak, but holding different abilites. The Contender is naturally affiliated with insects, and she’s able to transform into a swarm of insects at will and even emulate them by changing into dire, giant insectoid forms or even a half-human, half insect which is both monstrous and alluring at the same time.

The Contender’s goal is one and only – to protect the Nightmare and aid on its expansion by all means necessary.
